You have got problems on Landania or already about to enter the server? Or do you have a question that is not answered here in the wiki? You can find help here!
If you have questions or problems, we recommend that you first look here in the Wiki. In the upper right corner, you will also find a search function.
You don't find anything here? No problem!
You can always contact us via our Discord server. How to join and verify yourself can be found here.
Once you are verified and have selected at least one language, you can create a ticket in the #support channel and describe your problem in more detail. A staff member will work with you to identify the problem and find a solution.
You can't verify yourself? No problem! Just describe your problem in the channel #unverified-help and tag @Staff. We will surely find a solution.
